If you cancel before work on a service has started, any amount you paid is refunded. Once work has started, or a service has been delivered or gone live, fees are non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
The $499 full assessment fee is paid before the call. If you cancel before the call, it is refunded in full. Once the call has taken place, the fee is not refundable, including if you decide not to go ahead with any of the fixes. If you do go ahead with the implementation, the $499 comes off the implementation price.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
